Thursday

Knowing I had friends round for a catchup I only ate a couple of pieces of fruit during the day. Things didn't go well in the kitchen when I found my new chilli powder was very strong! A quick Google of what to do in a crisis brought some surprising results. A couple of tablespoons of peanut butter later the chicken curry was fit to eat. 
A bought Creme brûlée for their pudding seemed a good idea and before I knew it this tiny portion in a glass had gone adding over 200 calories to my total pushing me over the limit. What was I doing I don't even like puds. I was on auto pilot. 
Oh dear.As the song goes......things can only get better..

Today.....this blog is about my weight loss journey .its name is my goal! Having a low self body image has to change as does my unhealthyrelationship with food.

A good food day just one coffee took me over the limit.

Friday.

Had a battle with cheese today. It really wanted me to eat it before weighing ! I also ended up popping an apricot in my mouth as I sealed the bag. These were recorded honestly.
The walking note recorded wrong in notes. I did walk the dog for an hour. 
Used theSlendatone belt which was in the box since my September birthday. Every little helps.
